I am an Entrepreneur at heart. From the age of 17 I have created businesses that have supported me and eventually my family. Early in my journey sheer will and work ethic made my companies succeed, but what I discovered was these attributes did not make my company salable. In Fact, they prohibited me from selling my companies. The pride of ownership and the identity that I created as the Big Shot owner made my businesses unsalable. They were to dependent on me and I didn't make business decisions based on what a business buyer valued, but rather what made me more money and made me feel good as an individual.
Once I realized that I was sabotaging my ability to exit my company I went on a quest to understand the process of selling a business and what business buyers value most.
I began implementing these strategies in my own companies and sure enough I was able to exit my companies for more money then I had previous imagined. I began looking at every aspect of my business through the eyes of a prospective buyer, making decisions I know buyers would love.

During this process I became a successful merger and acquisition advisor. I partnered with the top Business Brokerage company in the United States and have worked with some of the most iconic brands in the country.
As a M&A Advisor I became disheartened telling business owners that their company was unsalable on a weekly basis. I started teaching my clients the aspects of a business the buyer love and will pay more for. While businesses that profit over 1 million a year have many option for consultants and Exit Strategist beating down their door, the vast majority of business (97%) don't have these resources or the funds to retain a consultant for 100k a year.
I wanted to make a simple and guaranteed course and resource center for the small business owner.
I have helped businesses overcome staffing issues, client concentration issues, poorly kept books, just to name a few.

As a partner and regional owner in the fastest growing accounting franchise ever, I learned what systems are all about. Before being part of this business we flew by the seat of out paints.
Being able to 10 locations and #1in our region year after year. These same systems allowed me to sell for Top Dollar.
Most small business owners relay on thier expeirience to make decisions and operate their business. This may be affective in the beginning but it doesnt allow them to scale their business for growth. This type of operation also prevents them from selling in the future.
